There are several ways to get to Hon-Atsugi station from Narita airport by train. But, it is stronglly recommended to transefer at the Shinjuku station and take the Odakyu Line.

a) Narita Airport (Terminal 1,2) -- < JR Narita Express (NEX) > -- Shinjuku
b) Narita Airport (Terminal 1,2) -- < JR Sobu Line > -- Tokyo -- < JR Chuo Line > -- Shinjuku
c) Narita Airport (Terminal 1,2) -- < Keisei Line > -- Nippori -- < JR Yamonote Line > -- Shinjuku
( JR: Japan Railway )

a) The easiest and fastest way to the Shinjuku Station from the Narita airport is using Narita Express Train (NEX). It takes about 80 minutes and costs 3,110 Yen. You can find JR ticket counter easily at the arrival floor. If you have a Japan Rail Pass, you have to activate it at the Narita Airport JR ticket counter.
