There are several ways to get to Hon-Atsugi station from Narita airport
by train. But, it is stronglly recommended to transefer at the Shinjuku station and take the Odakyu Line.
a) Narita Airport (Terminal 1,2) -- < JR Narita Express (NEX) > --
Shinjuku
b) Narita Airport (Terminal 1,2) -- < JR Sobu Line > -- Tokyo --
< JR Chuo Line > -- Shinjuku
c) Narita Airport (Terminal 1,2) -- < Keisei Line > -- Nippori --
< JR Yamonote Line > -- Shinjuku
( JR: Japan Railway )
a) The easiest and fastest way to the Shinjuku Station from the Narita
airport is using Narita Express Train (NEX). It takes about 80 minutes
and costs 3,110 Yen. You can find JR ticket counter easily at the arrival

a commuter train and takes about 90 mimnutes. At Tokyo station, you have
to change to JR Chuo line. Then it takes about 20 minutes to Shinjuku.

the price of which is 480 yen to Hon-Atsugi.
Odakyu Shinjuku station has two departure-floors: upper for Express train
and lower for Local train. You would better to take the Rapid Express (Not
a Romance Car), it is called "Kai-Soku-Kyu-Ko". Or Express, "Kyu-Ko".
those bound to "ODAWARA", or "HAKONE-YUMOTO". Do not
take local train, "Kaku-Eki-Tei-Sha". You should better not take

We do not reccomend to use Taxi or Cab. It is quite a long way from Narita
